Guess Who?

I have decided to do a guess-who every week from now on. So it's time for this week's guess-who.
Here are the rules:
1.You may guess once and only once.
2. Guess the doll and the outfit. The doll is historical.
3. Leave guesses by February 28th, the prize will be up the next day. That will be the post of the day, no craft then.
If no one guesses the doll I will add hints until the guess is added. After a hint is added you may guess again. The winner(s) will be announced with a fun post on the 29th.

Not too difficult right? :) I will change my blog design..a lot...on March 20th. The first day of Spring. And in March I will have some doll b-day posts since my doll Reece's b-day is march 28th.
