Another Guess-O-Rama!

I had so much fun doing the holiday Guess-O-Rama, that I had to another one! This is a New Year's edition.
Rules:
1.You may guess once and only once.
2. Guess the doll and the outfit.
3. Leave guesses by January 1st, the prize will be up that day. I know it's not long. But I don't want it to be too long of a time (plus I was rushed on time and I really wanted to do this. So no matter how last minute, it had to be done)
4. For each incorrect answer I will add a hint.
5. This doll is historical not My American Girl or Just Like You or Girl Of The Year. (Just so you know)
