February Guess-O-Rama!

Yep! That time again. It's my monthly Guess-O-Rama! Yeah! I also love how this February  is 29 days! Leap year!!!!!!!
So anyways, here are the rules:
1.You may guess once and only once.
2. Guess the doll and the outfit.
3. Leave guesses by February 18th, the prize will be up the next day. That will be the post of the day, no craft then.
4. For each incorrect answer I will add a hint.
5. This doll is historical not My American Girl or Just Like You or Girl Of The Year. (Just so you know)
