A New Outfit and GW!

Ok, before I begin I want to say that I enjoyed interviewing Etsy owner, Karen. I hope to interview more Etsy sellers. But if you guys didn't like the interview I won't. However there are two more owners I really want to interview. Then I might try interviewing other bloggers. Tell me what you think!
So before I show you guys the new outfit I made that is now in my Etsy, it's time for this week's Guess Who!!! Sorry they haven't been up in a little while.
Here are the rules:
1.You may guess once and only once.
2. Guess the doll and the outfit. The doll is historical.
3. Leave guesses by the 4th, the prize will be up the next day, if someone guesses correctly.
For each incorrect guess I will add a hint. After a hint is added you may guess again. The winner(s) will be announced on the 5th.

And for the outfit.
It is a 70's jumper/dress! I made one to sell and one to keep but they are slightly different and of course "no two are the same" which is fully true. This jumper wass $8.00. I reduced the price to $6.50. The other dress I have in Etsy is also reduced to $6.00.

Perfect for Julie or Ivy, right? I will have a poll (and a post to explain it) that asks what type of outfit to add to my Etsy.
